TextileGenesis are helping ON trace materials from their origin to the final product, building a transparent data-driven supply chain.
Using TextileGenesis’s blockchain-inspired technology, in combination with third-party certifications, ON are able to trace materials from their source, including organic cotton and recycled polyester, ensuring data integrity and alignment with their sustainability goals.
From Pilot to Real Progress
In 2024, ON created a traceability map for five products: 3 apparel and 2 footwear items. A FiberCoin™ was assigned to each fiber, creating a digital thread from origin to finished product.

Our FiberCoin™ builds tamper-proof digital thread from origin to finished product. This ensures ON can verify supplier claims instantly, enforce rigorous sustainability standards, and replace paper trails with digital data tracking across Tier 1 to Tier 5.
Scaling Technology
Based on the success of the pilot, ON are one of the first footwear brands to scale up this technology. They aim to onboard the majority of their supply chain partners to the platform in phases throughout 2025.
